110年度科技部補助大學校院培育優秀博士生獎學金試辦方案，欲申請者請於9/15(三)前向系辦公室提出申請

MOST 2021 intends to provide scholarship opportunities for training outstanding PhD students, who’re interested in research area. The completed application documents should be submitted to IM office before 9/15(Wed.).

申請資格：

110年度以後入學之博士班一年級新生，不含休、復學與在職進修學生及大陸地區、香港及澳門學生，一次補助四年。補助期間若休、退學或畢業則取消補助資格。

Application Guidelines Requirements:

The applicants must be the freshmen in Ph.D. program in 110 Academic year, except for the students who have ever applied for leave of absence or withdrawal, EMBA students, the students from Mainland, Hong-Kong as well Macao.

Duration:

The Scholarship is a 4-year period program, the grantees will be deprived the qualification if take leave of absence, withdrawal or graduate during the subsidy period.

意者請於9/15(三)17時前，繳交申請表(如附件)與應繳資料至工管系辦，逾時不予受理。

Deadline:

All required application documents as below must be received by 17 o’clock, 9/15(Wed.), 2021. Late applications will not be accepted

碩士畢業證書影本(逕讀免繳)

Copy of master’s degree diploma (Not required for students that directly pursuit of Ph.D. Degree)

碩士論文(逕讀免繳)

Master’s thesis (Not required for students that directly pursuit of Ph.D. Degree)

Other outstanding academic performance approved in the department evaluation

獎勵金額：每名博士生每月獎學金四萬元，獎勵期間自博士班一年級起至博士班四年級。

The scholarship amount is 40 thousands/ per month from the first year to fourth year of Ph.D. study period.

獎勵名額：由系推薦兩名至管理學院參加遴選，將由教務處籌組評審委員會，擇優提供博士生獎學金

The nomination procedure of scholarship:

The office will nominate two applicants to school of management to participant the selection. Afterwards, Office of Academic Affairs will constitute the committee to appraise and elect preferred applicants based on their performance to provide the scholarship.

評量機制：受獎人應於每學年獎勵期間結束前一個月，提出該學年度之學習成績、年度就讀現況報告。未依規定辦理者，須歸還已請領之獎學金。

獲獎學金之博士生應於每學年末繳交成果報告，包含參加研究活動概況、論文期刊投稿、與國內連結或提供經驗分享成果說明等，以及畢業後3年內之流向追蹤。

The regulations of appraisal:

The grantees should submit transcript also the report of current research study one month before each academic year. Those who do not comply with the regulations will be asked for returning the previous scholarships. The grantees should submit a research result report at the end of each academic year, covering the overview of participating research activities, submission of thesis, connect with domestic research domain or share experience and research results, etc., as well as the tendency within 3 years after graduation.
