【Announcement】During the summer vacation, the school post office will be closed every Friday in July and August.

Dear Teachers and Students,

We have received a notice from the Taiwan Tech Post Office indicating that it will be closed on Fridays during the summer vacation in July and August 2025. To avoid any delays in the processing of official documents, please cooperate and take note of the following mailing details:

Taiwan Tech Post Office Summer Vacation Friday Closure Schedule: The Taiwan Tech Post Office will be closed every Friday in July and August 2025. The specific dates are as follows: 7/4, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15, 8/22, 8/29 (a total of 9 Fridays).

Mailing Instructions (for Professors and Teachers):

  1. During the summer vacation in July and August, and with the post office closed every Friday, urgent documents must be sent to the Documents Section by 4 PM on Thursday at the latest. The Documents Section will endeavor to process and mail these documents before the post office closes at 5 PM on Thursday.
  2. Documents received by the Documents Section on Friday, without a specific request for Friday mailing, will be processed and mailed on the following Monday morning.
  3. If any department must mail official documents on a Friday in July, please clearly indicate the necessity of Friday mailing in the document’s blank space when submitting for approval. The Documents Section will then arrange for the mailing through an off-campus post office.
  4. Since the school has a joint summer break in August, and due to limited manpower in the Documents Section, off-campus mailing services on Fridays cannot be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
