If you wish to apply for Professional License Stipend ( license obtained between 2024.8.1~2025.1.31)

Please submit the following documents to the IM office by 27^th February , late applications will not be accepted, thank you.

Documents:

1. Application form
2. Photocopy of the certificate, front and back
3. Register your certificate in the school system and print out the page information.
